History of the Oops Mat

As many kids do, our niece and nephew would spend countless hours coloring and creating art and craft projects out of Popsicles® sticks, glue, glitter and construction paper when they would visit. Before their art and craft activities would begin, we would place down newspapers to help protect our kitchen table from their many Oops’. Never satisfied with this temporary fix, the Oops Mat ® was invented!

From concept to creation, the process of creating Oops Mat has been an uphill battle. But, if you believe in your product and you believe in yourself, your dreams will become reality. You need to push forward and never give up. This past summer, we beat the odds and reached a major milestone, we acquired a design patent for our innovative child craft mats, the Oops Mats ®. Now with a lot of the technical stuff behind us, it’s time to have fun growing our business!

Our goal is to build a company with a strong moral foundation committed to making this world a better place. We promote healthy lifestyles, eco-friendly responsibilities and community involvement. Oops Mat will be the platform to these passions. Throughout the year, we will continually commit a portion of our proceeds to an array of both local and national charities. Together, we can all make a difference!
