Oops Mat Cleaning Tips
- We have found that soap, hot water and a scrubby sponge works the best to clean our Oops Mats.
- For those more stubborn crayon marks, please try the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers ®.
- If the Child is using Elmer’s Glue ®, let the glue completely dry. The glue will effortlessly peal off the Oops Mat ® once dry!
- Whatever you do never use paint removers like Goo Gone ® to clean the Oops Mats. Since our Oops Mats are silk screened, these products will remove the paint!
- We also recommend cleaning the Oops Mat ® within an hour of the child's use. This way you can avoid any stains setting onto the Oops Mat ®.
- And, finally, please remember, the Oops Mat ® provides the "perfect protective barrier" for the child's art and craft activities. It is always better to ruin the Oops Mat ® vs. your furniture or floors!
